When you are setup with your personal login you will be given the best price possible. Federal customers or customers who qualify for other contracts will be assigned the appropriate pricing. Special contract pricing can also be setup for volume customers, Printer Sense customers and other customers as needed.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Most products ship free to anywhere in the continental United States. Charges will apply for any products shipped to AK, HI, Puerto Rico and other overseas locations. Also, items that are not UPS deliverable, are heavy or have special delivery requirements may incur shipping or handling charges. Quotes for these charges will be made available to customers for these situations.

you are located. We use distribution centers across the U.S. which guarantees next day delivery for most orders. Typically you can expect to receive your
product in 1-3 business days.

received the wrong item, can I return this?

to you. We will also assist you in returning the wrong item.
If the mistake was ours, we will exchange it free of charge.
Otherwise, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
