Who We Are

Document Imaging Dimensions (DID) is a vendor you can trust for all your organization’s supply needs.  Since 1998 we have been providing office supplies to businesses, schools and local municipalities, and in 2002 we became a government contractor authorized to sell to federal customers. Since then we have worked hard to expand our product offerings to include items in the categories of Hardware/MRO, Janitorial/Sanitation and Shipping/Packaging, in addition to the wide array of Office Supplies.

The collective bargaining that our federal contracts provide has enabled us to form countless distribution partnerships—Office Depot, Staples, Grainger, and ULINE to name a few. DID prides itself in being able to provide nationwide distribution with the capabilities and results you would expect from a big box store, but with the flexibility and personal customer service that only a small business can offer.  We are also a proud supporter of the AbilityOne® Program, which is the largest source of employment in the U.S. for people who are blind or have significant disabilities, including over 3,000 wounded veterans. For the past several years, DID has been recognized as an Outstanding AbilityOne® Distributor, most recently in fiscal year 2019.
